unBasic Nails is a modern nail salon focused on delivering high-quality treatments within a calm, considered environment. As the business began to grow, it became clear that their existing digital presence no longer reflected the quality of the brand or supported new client enquiries effectively.
The goal was to create a website that felt aligned with the experience offered in-salon, while also providing a clear and intuitive journey for potential clients, built around a more thoughtful approach to conversion-led web design.
The website needed to clearly communicate the salon’s services, pricing and booking process, while maintaining a sense of simplicity and ease. It was important that new visitors could quickly understand what was offered and feel confident taking the next step.
