Célestine, a fine fragrance brand, wanted to build a digital presence and online store that brought its natural, luxury fragrances to life. The goal was to create a cohesive creative direction and design-led e-commerce website that captured the essence of the brand, while supporting long-term growth.

As the business scaled, digital marketing needed to support this ambition, with a clear message, strong brand positioning and a strategy focused on customers with buying intent.

Bringing brand story, creative direction and digital experience together

The story of Célestine’s founder is inspiring and the driving force behind the brand. It was our job to bring it to life, and transform Célestine’s vision, delivering an online store which reflected their ethos and narrative.

We started by diving into their inspiration from branding to websites. We then combed through this to play around with the right elements to build the brand guidelines and website design. Working with our nominated photographer we were able to bring the vision to life creating assets which sung to the brand’s voice and brought the product’s scent to life.

Alongside the website build, we started working on the marketing strategy, reflecting the brand’s tone of voice, and aesthetic.

The result is a design-led e-commerce website that balances storytelling with performance. Built on strong SEO foundations and supported by a considered digital marketing strategy, the site is designed to grow alongside the brand.

We couldn’t be happier with the final result with a website which is not only design-led but peaks in performance. It’s optimised for SEO with a digital marketing strategy to compliment the brand and drive traffic to the site.

The photography is drool worthy, and is the centre point for Célestine’s marketing strategy. When faced with the barrier of not being able to experience the product before you buy, we built a brand and website which brings scent to the forefront.
